SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – A crash involving an SUV and a train in Superior caused a considerable backup in traffic, but no injuries.
Superior Police say an 80 year old driver of an SUV hit a train locomotive in the area of North 12th Street and Poplar Avenue.
The crash was minor and the driver was evaluated by medical personnel and had no injuries.
The crash, at 9:52 on Monday morning, caused a significant delay to traffic on Belknap Street and police thank those affected for their patience.
