DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Building relationships with local police and ensuring the safety of the community are the reasons behind the National Night Out on Tuesday night.
There are around 60 neighborhood block parties scheduled in Duluth and about a half dozen in Superior.
Police hope to make appearances at most of the registered events that run from 5 to 9 p-m.
Other communities across the Northland will be holding National Night Out gatherings as well.
