SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – The annual Lake Superior Ice Festival will be held Friday evening and all day Saturday at Barker’s Island in Superior.
The event features a variety of winter activities including a snow slide, ice carving, ice bowling a corn-hole tournament and ice racing.
It begins at 5 p-m Friday with Mayor Paine taking the first ride down the Superior Snow Slide and will wrap up on Saturday night with a fireworks display.
Try ice fishing, snowshoeing, yoga in the snow, sled dog rides and other family friendly activities with plenty of food and beverage vendors on site.
