DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A project that includes replacing culverts, retaining wall rehabilitation, graffiti removal and interpretive marker installation begins Monday on West Skyline Parkway in Duluth.
The work spans an area on Skyline from the Magney-Snively Natural Area Trailhead parking lot to the western city limits.
Beginning Monday, contractors from Northland Constructors will be doing prep work including tree removal and other construction activities along the corridor.
That portion of Skyline Parkway is closed to vehicle traffic for the 2025 season and those using the recreational trail system in the project area should use caution and follow signed detours.
