DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth firefighters, who saw smoke and flames coming from a house near their downtown headquarters, responded to the 200 block of Mesaba Avenue around 12:45 on Tuesday afternoon. The vacant structure was fully involved with fire coming from both levels of the home and had spread to trees in the front of the property when crews from five stations arrived on the scene.
