DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – There are several new road and ramp closures scheduled to begin Monday in the Twin Ports Interchange project in Duluth.
Southbound I-35 to northbound Highway 53 will close. The detour will be southbound I-35 to 40th Avenue West, to the Haines Road.
Northbound I-535 to northbound Highway 53 also closes with a detour using Garfield Avenue to Piedmont, West 1st Street to 21st Avenue West.
Access to southbound I-35 from West Superior Street will be closed and a temporary traffic signal will be in operation at Railroad Street and Garfield Avenue.
