MADISON, WI (KDAL) – The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection in Wisconsin has issued the top ten consumer complaints they received in 2022.
Topping the list is landlord and tenant issues followed by telemarketing which includes robocalls and violations of the Do Not Call registry.
Other issues include home improvement, identity theft, medical services and auto sales.
The agency receives tens of thousands consumer complaints and was able to resolve more than 11 thousand in the past year, returning millions of dollars to Wisconsin consumers.
