South Africa records budget deficit of 13.11 billion rand in March

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) -South Africa recorded a budget deficit of 13.11 billion rand ($704 million) in March, compared with a surplus of 3.36 billion rand in the same month last year, National Treasury data showed on Wednesday.
