DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Thousands of households across the Northland will be receiving a Bridge To Health survey in the mail this month.
The survey is conducted every five years and includes questions related to physical and mental health, nutrition, exercise, alcohol use, dental care and other topics to help determine the overall health in nine Minnesota counties and Douglas County in Wisconsin.
Individual survey responses are kept confidential and results will be used by sponsoring organizations to improve health in the region.
This year’s survey is being conducted by the University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Center for Research and Evaluation and is being sent to randomly selected households.
Results will be available by May of 2026.
