FREDENBERG TOWNSHIP, MN (KDAL) – A crash between a pickup truck and a county snowplow truck on Friday morning resulted in a 28 year old Fredenberg Township man being airlifted to a Duluth hospital with life threatening injuries.
The crash occurred in the 4900 block of the Fish Lake Road and resulted in the road being closed for several hours.
The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department says it is believed that alcohol use by the pickup driver was a contributing factor in the crash.
The Minnesota State Patrol and the Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
