BEIJING, Dec 23 (Reuters) – China will focus on stabilising the real estate market in 2026, the government said in a housing policy work conference held on Monday and Tuesday, according to a readout released by the housing ministry’s official publication.
Policymakers pledged in the conference to vigorously implement urban renewal, implement city-specific policies to control new supply and take steps to destock, the readout said.
