DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The largest group of new St. Louis County Sheriff deputies in the last 20 years were sworn in by Sheriff Gordon Ramsay on Wednesday.
Along with nine new deputies, another nine correctional officers were also a part of the swearing in ceremony at the Public Safety Building.
New staff from other divisions of the Sheriff’s office and deputies who were promoted during the last year were recognized as well.
K-9 Officer Ollie, who graduated from training in November, was officially sworn in and is now certified in narcotics detection and various patrol functions.
